Outside the public of China?

If your YPA product requires service and you are outside the public of China, please visit www.ypaaudio.com and find our agent at your country. You also can send international repairs to the public of China International repairs sent to china will be redirected to your regional YPA Service Center for processing -- significant delay of your return will result.

1.  Please fill out this form online and print it. Please return your repair with the completed repair form.

2.  If your repair is in-warranty, include a copy of your purchase receipt

If your product is out of warranty, please return it with your payment information. We Accept Paypal.

If a product is returned damaged, or cannot be serviced economically due to obsolescence, YPA may, at our option, return the product as received, or offer to replace the product at a higher replacement cost.

Repair Costs for Out Of Warranty Products

Products that are beyond the two-year warranty period can be repaired for a flat fee.

If you require an estimate prior to repair, turnaround time will be significantly longer.  YPA must receive a response and payment of repair estimates within 5 business days. All open estimates over 5 business days will be returned as is.

All products manufactured by YPA Audio feature a limited two-year warranty. This two-year warranty is specific to the date of purchase as shown on your purchase receipt.


While under a valid warranty period, defective products (purchased domestically) may be returned to the YPA Service Department without prior authorization for service and repair, free of charge. Out-of-warranty items may be returned for service and repair for a flat fee. YPA does reserve the right to charge an additional fee for products with extensive physical damage; however, we will not proceed with service without your authorization.
